Organization and Methodologies
Our product-tech teams are organized into multidisciplinary squads (product/design/tech/data). The mission of our 8 squads? To improve our products (B2B, B2C, and internal tools) according to the product roadmap defined within the company, whether in the ideation phase or already in production, with the goal of delivering viable solutions that meet customer needs. We create our products by alternating between the discovery phase, focused on researching and understanding user needs, market opportunities, and technical constraints, and the delivery phase, where we implement the product to meet these needs.

Projects and Technical Challenges
Our solar-connected charging station allows for up to 50% annual savings on electric vehicle charging.
The challenge with our charging station is to provide the user with an easy way to select the best charging scenario at the best price. The user simply plugs in their vehicle, and the mylight150 system takes care of charging it at the best price based on their preferences. No need to analyze solar production, weather, or energy prices—our solution handles it all! All departments within our P&I division have worked together to develop this new solution.
